Living the Dream in Style: Jenks Pom Fashion Show 2025
By: Aubrey Hovenga
The spotlight shined bright at the Jenks Performing Arts Center on a Tuesday night as more than 150 Jenks High School students took the runway for the 27th annual Jenks Pom Fashion Show. With this year’s theme, “Living the Dream,” the showcase blended glamour, school spirit, and Trojan pride—both raising vital funds for the nationally recognized pom program and celebrating the latest trends in homecoming and prom fashion.
Pom Fashion Show models showcased suits and gowns from designers like; David’s Bridal, Emmalines formalwear, Saks Fifth avenue, Glory Prom, Alyssa’s, Beshara’s, Cedar and Lilly, and Dillard’s. While the outfits were on point, so were the model walks.
Beyond the array of silks, satins, and sequins, the true entertainment of the evening came from the models themselves. Breaking the traditional fashion show mold, each student duo (and trio) brought their own unique personality and creativity to the stage. They executed everything from dramatic theatrical dips to detailed handshakes, proving that a great pose is just as essential as the perfect dress. We ranked the following standout looks and poses on a scale of fun and creativity to celebrate those who truly embraced the "Living the Dream" theme.
